Team Telos.

At Telos, we are proud of our strong community. We foster this environment by having special events where members (and their friends and family!) can get together and hang out outside of the gym. Every member is invited and more details will always be released well in advance. Ask your coach about an upcoming event and we will fill you in with any additional details!

Team Telos Cause of the Quarter

We are excited to announce our “Cause of the Quarter” will begin in 2019. Each quarter, we will pick a local charitable organization in Tucson to receive donations from our staff and members. We will have a box for donations available at the gym if you would like to contribute. We will take care of the rest!

This quarter, We are teaming up with the Sanctuary Project, a foster based program for dogs. We will be accepting donations at Telos for the months of April, May, and June to support their mission.

From Sanctuary Project: Founded by sisters Amy + Cyndi Cubillas, we are a pack of like-minded individuals who believe that dogs are sentient, intelligent beings, quite possibly angels on earth and not at all disposable. We believe that every single life matters. We anxiously look to the day that barbaric shelter killing is a thing of the past. Check out their website HERE

They are in need of: blankets (gently used and clean are ok), food (see the picture below), and monetary donations for food and vet funds. Checks can be made out to the sanctuary project, and please give them directly to a coach to lock in our safe!
