Change takes time and in order to make lifelong changes you have to *trust* and *commit* to the *process*
A nutrition plan will only work if you put it into *action*- day after day, week after week, month after month.
There are no short cuts. There are no quick fixes.
It’s the day by day actions and reactions that determine whether or not you will be successful.
Focus on what you can control.
You can control what kinds of foods you eat. You have the ability to say no to the foods that don’t serve you. You have the ability to have prepped meals and snacks on hand. You can control the foods you buy at the store. You have the ability to make a change!
But you have to commit to it- on good days and on bad days.
Am I saying you have to be 100% on plan -all the time- no! A meal plan should not make you feel miserable or restricted from living life but you need be 90% consistent, 100% of the time to see results.
If you are having a difficult time sticking to your nutrition, take a moment to refocus. Reevaluate why you want to lose weight, redefine your goals, and create a plan of action!
If you feel like you’re putting everything into your nutrition and you’re miserable with how you’re eating or feeling, it’s okay to look into a different nutritional approach.
