It is absolutely crucial to create a solid base of nutrition so that you can SUSTAIN healthy living. Learn about food and how it affects YOUR body. Nutrition is not a one size fits all. It's so much more intricate than just calories in and calories out, weight loss, and the latest fad diet.
Every food choice is an opportunity to direct, shape, and improve our health. Our body composition. Our wellbeing. Our performance. Our hormones. Our digestion. And ultimately how we show up in the world.
The food you eat directly affects your everyday life. When and what you eat sends direct message to your body. Food literally tells your body “release or don’t release these hormones, express or don’t express this protein, trigger this immune cell, digest and absorb this” etc.
When you eat your body intuitively processes those calories, like the most efficiently run machine ever! And what’s even more fascinating is that our thoughts, feelings, and environment can affect these processes. When you’re stressed, worried, relaxed, or happy..it all affects your body’s ability to process nutrients.
Learn about food. Learn why eating certain foods is beneficial. Learn how to eat so your intuitive body can thrive. Enough with the fad diets and quick fixes- those will give you temporary results- not sustainable, lifelong habits.
