CrossFit is an amazing training mechanism if applied correctly, and we firmly believe in our programming. We teach members the importance of longevity in training, emphasizing efficiency and mastering movements which equates to improving fitness and getting results. Our standards for coaching are the highest around and each class consists of a coach-led dynamic warm-up or mobility session, followed by work that leads into either a strength movement or skill practice. After that we move on to conditioning, and finally a brief cool down with stretching.

A note about safety: Some of the movements in our workouts are complex, and every CrossFit workout will test you. Safety is always our first priority. Every workout is scalable, so you will always get a challenging workout, no matter your personal fitness level.

On-Ramp Program.

Those who are new to CrossFit complete three, one-on-one 30-minute On Ramp sessions with one of our experienced coaches. These sessions introduce new athletes to the basic movements of CrossFit including:

  • squat (back, overhead, and front)

  • deadlift

  • hang power clean

  • hang power snatch

  • presses

  • bodyweight movements

The emphasis of these sessions are technique and introducing the intense, but fun, nature of the CrossFit methodology. These one-on-one sessions will allow you to integrate EASILY and SAFELY into our regular CrossFit classes. The sessions are scheduled at a time convenient to you.

On Ramp: $285

Three half hour personal training sessions to introduce basic skills and movements to new members. This also includes the first month of unlimited group membership.

Unlimited Group Membership: $150 per month

Access to ALL small group classes offered: CrossFit and these

Two Times/Week Membership: $115 per month

Access to ALL small group classes offered: CrossFit and these two times a week.
